Celebrate 10 years of SCIENCE TALK with us! Registration is now open for SCIENCE TALK ‘26, the annual conference of the Association of Science Communicators. We are navigating unprecedented challenges: AI disruption, eroding public trust, rampant misinformation, and pressure to do more with fewer resources.

For 10 years, SCIENCE TALK has brought together the brightest minds in our field. Last year, over 400 attendees gathered to tackle our biggest challenges and support one another in tough times. This March, we’re marking our milestone anniversary with something even bigger: a defining conversation about where we go next.

SCIENCE TALK ’26 is taking place as a hybrid conference. Virtual sessions begin the week of March 9. The in-person conference is March 26-27 in Portland, Oregon, with real-time online participation. Conference registration is now open! Early-bird registration closes Jan 31, so register now for the early-bird discount.

Our 2026 theme – Wayfaring – is designed to help you get oriented, connect with the community, and chart your path forward. We look forward to seeing you at SCIENCE TALK ’26.
