Call for Late Breaking Poster submissions will be accepted through April 30th. Submissions will be accepted in English only and must be submitted through the online submission form. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered. All who submit will also be invited to take part in the peer review process.

The Conference for Advancing Participatory Sciences (CAPS) is the premiere annual gathering of scholars, practitioners, and facilitators in the field of participatory sciences. This year’s event will take place in Portland, Oregon, May 27-30, 2025, and is your opportunity to expand and share your perspectives and skills with the broadest possible audience.
CAPS 2025 will feature symposia, talks, collaborative discussions, and networking events, plus skills-building workshops, and field trips showcasing the unique ecosystems and projects of the Pacific Northwest.
