CIRCL, a partnership led by SRI International with the Education Development Center (EDC) and NORC at the University of Chicago, is an NSF-funded center that seeks to maximize the transformative potential of projects funded by the NSF Cyberlearning: Transforming Education Program. CIRCL held a “Synthesis & Envisioning” meeting, June 26-27 in Arlington, VA to synthesize what is known and to envision what could be accomplished by future cyberlearning efforts.
