Randi comments, "The Conservation Company published a diagram that we altered to reflect our ideas about the relationship among planning, evaluation, and learning in the context of achieving impact. We changed the language, added impact to the center of the diagram, and added questions for each part of the cycle to clarify our own thinking and titled it 'the Learning Cycle'."
